I've spent over a decade holding space for women during the most sacred moments of their lives, supporting them to trust their intuition, and guiding them to transform fear, doubt and overwhelm into confidence and connection.
Besides being a Certified Midwife and Counselor with a Master’s degree in Educational Sciences, I have been trained in Transformational Life & Relationship Coaching, Spiritual Midwifery, Reiki, Yoga & Meditation, Hypnosis and a bunch of different Healing Modalities.
I believe that „birth“ can manifest in so many ways, as we all have the opportunity to birth into being whole new versions of ourselves, and everything new that we are meant to bring into this world.
There is the birth of a baby - that breathtaking moment when a new life arrives earth-side and a woman becomes a mother. And then there is the birth of your True Self - when a woman decides she is no longer willing to live disconnected from her own worth and value. When she decides she is no longer willing to hide her gifts. When she stops dimming her light. When she chooses to release what no longer serves her, and labor her way into the fullest, most purposeful version of who she truly is.
My own Spiritual Journey
From my earliest memories, I was deeply connected to the spiritual realm - seeing what others couldn't see, feeling what others didn't feel. I was highly intuitive and empathic, sensing what was going on with people on a deeper level.
At the same time my own life journey was far from easy. I know firsthand what it feels like to experience trauma, loss, grief, disease, and challenges of all kinds in my own life.
When I was 19, my father died unexpectedly. A couple of years later, I lost my mother too. In those moments I started asking the deeper questions about life’s meaning and our soul’s purpose here on earth.
I dove into spirituality, metaphysics, and the healing arts. I wanted to understand what it means to heal on the deepest levels - not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, energetically.
I traveled the world, studying with healers, teachers, and spiritual mentors. I trained in energy work, meditation, yoga, hypnotherapy, mediumship, and so many more modalities, searching for answers - all while discovering more and more of my own Soul's Mission.
My own pathway through life has shown me that when we stop hiding our light and fully step into our Soul's Purpose, we become who we were truly meant to be - and the world is changed because of it.
About My Credentials
My formal training spans midwifery, counseling, transformational life coaching, energy healing, yoga, meditation, and spiritual development. Over the years I’ve found the best tools, the deepest wisdom, and the most effective approaches - and I believe my clients deserve the most holistic support they can get, as well as a guide who has done the inner work.
